  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

  • Remaining balances are due by the date outlined in your contract.

  • Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

  • All pricing is subject to change unless locked in by a signed contract.

3. Image Delivery and Usage

  • We retain the copyright to all images.

  • Clients receive personal usage rights, including printing and sharing for personal use.

  • Commercial or third-party use requires written permission.

  • Image turnaround times and delivery platforms are outlined in your client agreement.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation policies are detailed in your contract.

  • Rescheduling due to weather, illness, or emergencies is considered in good faith and may be accommodated when possible.

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all paid fees (minus retainer) will be refunded or transferred.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled shoots.

  • Communicate changes promptly.

  • Review galleries and deliverables in the timeframes specified.

6. Website and Content Use

  • All website content, including images, copy, and branding, is owned by This Insane Idea.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of this website without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Missed moments due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Technical malfunctions or data loss outside of our control.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States.
